Here our seasonal tipi lodging will give you the opportunity to unplug and unwind. Enjoy the refreshing freedom of sleeping under the stars while remaining in the comfort of these handmade and hand painted Nomadic Tipis. These beautiful tipis are locally crafted in Bend, Oregon. This company is the maker of the tipis seen in the classic Dances With Wolves movie starring Kevin Costner. The absence of light pollution here allows you to partake in our phenomenal star gazing. Relax and enjoy the warmth found around your personal fire pit, available at each tipi site (wood and fire starting equipment provided; fire restrictions during certain parts of the year are observed). Our comfortable beds and plush bedding will provide you with a relaxing landing spot to unwind at the end of your day.

 

Our lodge is open from 7am-3pm, Monday through Saturday during which times you will be able to use the indoor bathrooms and shower facilities at no charge. Showers are available Sundays by appointment only. Outside the standard times, porta potties are available. We hope that you will use this opportunity to relax and return to the simpler practices in life. Books, cards, and games are available to our lodgers and while we hope you use this time to “unplug” we do have Starlink Internet available inside the lodge for those who would like to use it.

Bookings are limited from Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend and fill up quickly, so book your stay today. For those looking to bring their home away from home to come visit us, we also offer 3 RV parking sites with electric hook ups. Quiet time observed between 10pm and 6am. We are a dog friendly location; additional information provided upon booking.
